Are there any true audiophile quality car stereo speakers that come in 4 inch round size?
Not quite. For the 4″ size in it's frequency range – yes. But not from 20-20,000 Hz +/- 3dB
For that you need a real woofer (or sub-woofer), plus some honest to goodness tweeters. The 4″ could make a good midrange.
Then you need a proper cross-over system and a good amp.
